The Silhouette Project: Indivisible

Dona Laurita, an accomplished artist dedicated to amplifying the voices of marginalized communities in Colorado, invites you to be part of a transformative journey. “The Silhouette Project: Indivisible” is an online initiative that seeks to illuminate our shared humanity as Americans, emphasizing that we are a nation that cannot be divided.

We welcome stories from all who have felt or are feeling marginalized—teachers, students, social workers, refugees, immigrants, parents, healthcare workers, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals, and anyone navigating the challenges of today’s political landscape. Share your courageous narratives of resilience, struggle, and the pursuit of the American Dream.

Your voice matters. Participate anonymously and allow us to document your story, either in person or through an uploaded silhouette image that reflects you or your life. Together, we can create a tapestry of experiences that remind us of our common bond.

Join us in this artistic narrative project and help us foster unity in a time of division. Let’s take care of one another and stand together, united and indivisible.
